Events
The Trust puts on a number of events throughout the year to raise awareness of Worcestershire & Dudley’s historic churches and to raise money for their support. Here you can find links to regular and upcoming events to find out more:
Ride and Stride – our big annual fundraising event. Walk or cycle to as many churches as you can, or volunteer to open churches on the day. The event takes place on Saturday 13th September 2025. Further information here.
Church Tour – The 2025 WDHCT Church Tour will explore the Hidden Churches of East Worcestershire. Join us on 8th October 2025 for a guided tour by coach of churches including Upton Snodsbury, Throckmorton, Pinvin, Besford and Peopleton. Dissenters’ Way – a walking tour of Worcester. The next tour is planned to take place in spring 2026 – please check back for more information.
Musical Recitals – the Trust also organises occasional organ or other musical recitals in some of Worcestershire’s beautiful churches. Our next recital is planned for 2026 – please check back for more information.
